Michael Anderson
President & CEO
Michael Anderson, CCIM is a highly accomplished leader in the commercial real estate industry, having held a variety of senior positions, including President, CEO, Chairman of the Advisory Board, Founder, and Co-Owner of AKA Partners. He also founded and was former President and Chairman of RealSource Companies, which developed a billion-dollar multi-family investment portfolio and completed over $6 billion in investment transactions while maintaining self-management and private ownership. Michael’s experience, industry recognition, and CCIM designation make him an invaluable team asset.
CALONI MICHELLE

Caloni Michelle is a highly experienced and accomplished professional. She brings a wealth of experience to the role, having previously led efforts in international and omnichannel marketing strategies for major international brands. Under her leadership, these efforts resulted in significant revenue growth of up to 400% and audience growth of up to 1000%.
Her MBA, former CEO experience, and Forbes-recognized branding expertise equip her with the knowledge and skills as the Chief Operations Officer. Her combination of operational expertise, marketing acumen, and leadership skills make her ideal to her role as COO and co-host for The Fundication Show, and will ensure market presence.
Kent Anderson
Chief investment officer
Kent Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and development. He is responsible for the development and operation of the PREIshare Real Estate Syndication Platform.
He brings over 35 years of experience in institutional and real estate investment services. He has managed over $5 billion in institutional investments. More recently. he led the acquisition of just under $1 billion in 66 shared equity and mostly multi-family properties purchased with $287 million in equity.
Brad Jacobsen
Chief Legal Officer
Brad Jacobsen is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law for over 25 years. He began his career in New York City and Washington, D.C. before moving to Utah. Brad’s legal practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, compliance with federal and state securities laws, formation and financing of start-up businesses, and real estate matters. He has advised numerous clients on public and private securities offerings, merger and acquisition transactions, and credit and corporate finance transactions between 1996 and 2020.

Aaron Peterson brings years of advising high-growth private and public clients. As a results-driven global business executive with over 15 years experience developing global teams. He is a multi award-winning entrepreneur and an international speaker educating audiences on the blockchain, supplying chain and logistics. Aaron is most known for building out digital twin systems that reward community engagement around brands.

She has collaborated with clients to build software and go-to-market strategies for venture capital firms, eCommerce, real estate, and B2B enterprise software businesses, and has founded several companies. She is a valuable asset to the industry and is poised to drive PREIshare into the future.
Christion Sadler
VP of Investor relations & The Fundication Show Co-Host
Christion Sadler is the co-host for the PREIshare’s The FUNDication show. He is uniquely qualified for this position with a wealth of real estate experience in various asset classes, and national recognition as an expert communicator with over 100 television appearances and numerous radio and podcast interviews.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Christion has been honored with awards recognizing his exceptional contributions to the real estate industry.
